Please note that I do not own any parts of the book!
I simply wrote the summaries based on someone else's work.

The summaries should not be your only resource of learning and I highly reccommend to read the respective parts in the book. The summaries are only an additional help.

Be aware that there may be mistakes in the documents, hence you should read the book in the first place anyway.
If you find a mistake, feel free to contact me. I will be happy for the feedback and the other students accessing the documents will be as well.
